RISING FUEL PRICE AND IT EFFECTS ON SOCIETY

The price of oil and inflation always seems to be connected in terms of cause and effect relationship. This assumption can be deduced when there is an increase of the oil price, there must be an increase in the price of domestic goods. This direct relationship of oil and consumer products price have affected most society in terms of their spending and budgeting.

In terms of the macro economy, higher inflation rate cause with the increase in oil price deals with a low economy growth. This is due to the matter that, oils are widely used in the transportation of goods, which actually reflects on the consumption price. When the production price is high, there is a low in the supply of goods, that lead to the general increase of the consumer products price.

The first effect of the inflation is it will erodes the consumer powers. This can be proved that, when the consumer goods price increase due to the oil price, the profit gained from the demand is not sufficient enough to cover the inventory spending which lead to less production of goods.

When there is an announcement on the oil price increase for the next day, most people are spending more on the goods and they keep the money for the succeeding day. It is believed that this event  cause more inflation than before. This is due to the cash outflow, which reduce the purchasing power of currency when the people tend to keep the money for next day, rather than to spend it.

On the bright side, it is believed that inflation can reduce the unemployment. As the level of the consumer goods rise because of the increase in the raw materials like oil, the wages of the workers will decrease as the inflation hits at the certain rate. This will enable the company to hire more workers with a low budget salary - unless there is a central bank that helps on regulating the economy inflation with taking the rise or lowering the interest rate.

In conclusion, the increase of the oil price lead to the positive and negative impacts of inflation towards the society. Policy regulation, organization plan and societal behaviour plays an important role to keep the economy in balance as long as there is not a huge deficiency of the resources that inhibits from the economical development.

ECONOMY PERSPECTIVE IN MALAYSIA

What will happen if this industry is non-existence?

As we can see, if there is no construction industry, the economy will be segregated according to the places where the industry is being conducted. Plus, it would be hard for the transport of the goods, as it used to happen during the British colonization in Malaysia. During the time, it was hard to export goods to UK, because there was no transportation system to connect the roads on business purposes. Without the construction industry on the transport, it will be hard on the export and import purposes since part of GDP growth lies on the businesses.

As tourism is the third largest sector that contribute to Malaysia GDP growth, it is believed that, behind this industry, the construction sector has contributed a lot to the tourism industry, by providing with the road and buildings infrastructure, that allows foreign investment to come in. This is due to the matter that, construction industry provides road infrastructure, facilities and building architecture, that interest the foreigners to invest in property development, since Malaysia GDP remain on the steady rate at the first quarter of 2013, with 4.1% and expected to increase by 5.1%, driven by the factors of consumer spending and businesses conducted. Without the construction industry, this sector will be unable to support other sector that have huge impact on the GDP, thus, Malaysia will be underdeveloped.

Under the economy development, construction industry is known as the backbone of the economic growth, which basically this industry is integrated with other industries. Furthermore, this industry is the birth of industrialization, which comes in the technology and the services, which actually increase the rate of employment in Malaysia. According to Statistics of Malaysia, construction industry direct employment contributed by 8 percent from the total workforce. It also contributes from various level of workers, likely from non-professional to professional workers. Without this industry, the employment only expand at the certain areas according to its demographic, thus leading to the inequalities of the distribution of income, as communication and transport is under developed, that prevents from the business flow to happen among those industries.

During British colonization, the political development happens when British have interest on Malay land, such that loans and inter-colonial scheme. This occur when infrastructure development need substantial support. The re-distribution of finances, however, being adopted right now by the government policies, in which they imposed taxes to the road and services, to help developing the infrastructure of other states. If there is no construction industry being developed, it is hard for the government to imposed taxes on other states, since the communication is hard to reach them. The states that is poor, will remain undeveloped. I also believed that Human Development Index will decrease, since education and other facilities will not properly distributed among the people. For example, during the British colonization, India have been exported to Malaysia as British need cheap laborers for the rubber plantation. The difference in socio-economic will lead to the segregation between the judgement, facilities and awareness. According to Goodpal, 2018, people in rural area is still on caste-conscious rather than people that lives in urban area. This is due to the matter that, free-government after 1947 and British colonization assimilates them, which the Indian villagers are left isolated.

ANAK LUAR NIKAH - APAKAH ASBAB MEREKA?

Okay, Ustaz ni bising lah kat Facebook, sebab mahkamah sivil menetapkan bahawasanya anak luar nikah patut di-bin atau di-binti kan pada bapa kandungnya.

Tapi, apakah asbab pernikahan? Pernikahan adalah satu perjanjian melalui ákad yang termeterai dari persetujuan pihak lelaki dan perempuan. Bila perkara ini berlaku, dalam tanggungjawab dilaksanakan, ada beberapa hak yang mereka perolehi. Tapi, apa pula dengan orang yang tidak dinikahi? Apa asbab anak2 mereka? Jika mereka tidak dinikahi, tiadalah hak atau tanggungjawab yang termeterai walaupun mereka bersekedudukan, kerana tiada perjanjian antara mereka. Dan, kerana itulah anak- anak mereka tidak beroleh apa-apa, termasuklah mewariskan harta pada ibu bapa kandungnya. 

Mengikut kata-kata Mazhab Syafié, anak yang dilahir hasil daripada ikatan yang tidak sah, tiadalah tanggungjawab daripada bapanya. 

Dan, di-bin atau di-binti kan adalah satu 'title' yang dipegang oleh umum, bahawa seorang bapa tanggung anak itu yang merupakan darah dagingnya. Anak itu juga tidak boleh di-bin atau di-binti kan pada nama seorang bapa tirinya, kerana dia dilahir bukan daripada asal bapa tirinya, walaupun bapa tirinya itu sanggup bertanggungjawab terhadap anak tirinya. 

Sebagaimana yang termaktub, itu adalah kesan-kesan negatif yang perlu ditanggung oleh seorang anak luar nikah. Walau bagaimanapun, anak luar nikah berhak mendapat perlindungan, pakaian dan kasih sayang daripada orang sekeliling, sebagaimana orang lain. 

Anak luar nikah juga mempunyai hak untuk mengetahui siapa bapa kandungnya, walaupun bapa kandungnya tiada hak atas dirinya sebagai ayah, untuk mengetahui keturunan mereka dengan lebih jelas. But, based on the consistency, kalau menyebabkan zuriat/keturunan yang tidak jelas, adakah itu bermakna bapa kandung dia boleh menikahi anak luar nikah tersebut? And, sememangnya dibolehkan (Semoga Allah mengampuni orang-orang yang berdosa), mengikut pandangan mazhab Syafié.

Tapi disebabkan ia melawan fitrah manusia, kebanyakan ulama menolak pandangan tersebut, dan ini, yang diperbincangkan. Adakah anak tersebut boleh di-bin atau di-binti kan pada bapa kandungnya, supaya dia mengetahui susur galur keturunannya? Yes, it can. Walaupun anak luar nikah, tetapi dia patut diberi hak sebagai seorang manusia?

Dan,orang2 agama melalak sebab mahkamah sivil menetapkan untuk di-bin atau di-bintikan pada bapa kandungnya, walaupun bapa kandungnya tiada hak atas anak kandungnya. 

Tiadalah keistimewaan dalam membela nasib anak luar nikah, tapi inilah kesan negatif yang perlu ditanggung oleh mereka untuk selama-lamanya. Jadi, untuk saya, anak luar nikah ini ialah hasil anak yang terlahir tanpa perjanjian tanggungjawab antara kedua ibu bapanya, mahupun atas hak - hak mereka yang dipersetujui.

Tetapi perlulah diingatkan, asbab sebagai seorang anak luar nikah, berada di tengah-tengah kekeliruan antara fitrah manusia dan juga tuntutan hak. (Semoga Allah tunjuki kita kejalan yang lurus) Dan begitulah, Allah berfirman, "Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menzalimi mereka, merekalah yang menzalimi diri sendiri"(Ar-Rum:9).

Today I would like to talk on more about the misuse of cyber space since we still dealing with people through a platform.
The issue that I would like to talk on is about Auni Ameera. Yes, for me she is the part of hot topic on cyber crime issue. But, who is she anyways?What she's up to all about? You think that this cyberspace can be written all over the place regardless the sensitivity of others? No, you are definitely wrong.  And, many of her issues sometimes are very related to the sensitivity of the religion and other state, such as Kelantan. Sometimes, her posts might be ending up as true thing, but somehow it leads to the hatred of some people. Let me deal with her previous issue posting. So, what Auni actually had written as follows:

 "Kelantan ketagih dadah. I've told you, dulu cakap tak nak dengar, siap maki balik.. Kelantan adalah Serambi Maksiat, Gelar Kelantan sebagai 'Serambil Mekah' adalah penghinaan kepada Mecca.. 10~15 akan datang kelantan mungkin akan jadi seperti India, Penuh perogol dan gang raping, tak selamat untuk perempuan dan ramai yang akan keluar dari kelantan sebab negeri tu di pimpin orang yang tak boleh perform sebagai pemimpin. Kelantan negeri sempadan bersepah syarikat besar nak invest dalam negeri tu sebagai contoh, Aeon dan Jusco n etc juga pembangunan jenis lain.. Tapi dulu so called ulama tak kasi sebab takut maksiat. Bila syarikat besar invest ini bermaksud lebih banyak perluang pekerjaan yang akan ada, penduduk setempat boleh dapat pekerjaan dan income untuk support hidup dia orang, tapi bila perluang pekerjaan terhad, ramai rakyat yang merempat, bila merempat ramai yang buat benda yang elok dan terjebak dengan jenayah.. Ramai menggangur dan ramai yang tak ada pendidikan nanti sebab parent takde duit nak kasi pendidikan pada anak. Tapi cakap dengan 'ulama' kelantan ni apa mereka tau? Yang mereka tahu kahwin 4 kuat berjimak then lepas tu bising pasal aurat n hudud.. Dan umno pun sama bangang, Sabah dan Sarawak di anak tirikan cuma tempat laundering duit dan dapatkan undi. "

 This is part of her writings. First, as for me, it is part of the cyber abused. She is using the improper words and generalize the whole state, that this state is a drug addict state based on the news that she have gotten. The information that shes taking for is to condemned most people likely without a correct source. The damage may be part of the humiliation, the argument that happens between liberals and religious. Her reaction on the post is far from consistent when she is trying to relate between the drug addict and the ulama' of Kelantan. If you compare the statistic that she is trying to relate with rapes and drug addict, why she is using the word 'maksiat' instead of 'jenayah' for drug addicts matter. Remember, the news are telling on the part of drug addicts. it is not the same between 'maksiat' and 'jenayah' since, 'maksiat' can fall into the category of 'jenayah syariah' while 'jenayah' can fall into the category of the public authority, where everyone agrees that is a crime. For example, kissing in public, at the Western, it is known as part of their culture, but when comes to the religious context, it is actually a crime for unmarried couple. If you see from Rape Statistics Malaysia, Kelantan is not in the highest ranking from 2006 until 2015. Why that relates with the crime of drug addict? How actually it reflects the religious authority on this matter? Is this the reason of religious authority, or the public authority, as Auni known for her liberalism?Is her information is really sound and factual? For me, she is talking according to her emotion and feelings, to bash certain things? Instead of solving this matter, I have found out she is more likely intending to bash people rather than giving solution. Too many drug addicts? What solution she can really give? As for me, even we are living in a democratic country, but we actually can give our opinion in regards to take care of other feelings and not generalizing the thing. Not all Kelantanese are bad, and I am not Kelantanese. If she is talking about the matter on marrying 4 people, it is under few condition(s) that the married man must do, and ultimately he must be FAIR among his wives. Does Kelantan really not giving the education to their people? If you see on Malaysia law on Akta Pendidikan (Pindaan) 2002, under Section of 29(A), it is stated that, "Seksyen 29A(2) memperuntukkan setiap ibu bapa warganegara Malaysia yang tinggal di negara ini memastikan anak mereka yang mencapai umur enam tahun pada hari pertama bulan Januari didaftarkan sebagai murid sekolah rendah." And, it seems that everyone receive their education - know how to write, read and calculate as the basics for them to pursue not necessarily on the higher education, but through learning from experiences. Perhaps, its because of the economy recession, in which the job is hardly to get, that lead to stressful life. Is that because of the religion? Or, due to the leaders?

 Now, I will pursue on CMA Law of Malaysia in which she can be accused. This activist have actually taken several things that she might be fall under accused person:
1. Under Chapter 2 of CMA 1998 Malaysia Law, Section 211(1), it is strictly prohibit that the content provider or other person using the platform to provide content that is misleading, improper and offensive as she accused and generalized the state of Kelantan as drug addict state. She might be sued under Section 211(2) where she might pay for RM 50K or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both.
 2. Under Section 216, the content provider must be taken steps for the minimal damage caused like to block her account once her account is being reported.
3. Under Chapter 2 Section 241, she might be sued for giving misleading statement as some of her statement might mislead others, such that "Tapi cakap dengan 'ulama' kelantan ni apa mereka tau? Yang mereka tahu kahwin 4 kuat berjimak then lepas tu bising pasal aurat n hudud.. Dan umno pun sama bangang, Sabah dan Sarawak di anak tirikan cuma tempat laundering duit dan dapatkan undi.", which this statement from her might misleading others who does not know our religious rule, and thus, might cause the argument between the ignorance and other islamic marhaen of this country. As to my understanding, statement is an opinion that being voiced out of others that lead to change or brainwashing of others thinking which can be not conclusive, or concluded with the supported facts. 4. I do understand she did this with her intention, as I, myself, from my account facebook has been blocked due to giving the comments that is not supporting her statement. She knew what might cause, and some already caused due to her posting(s) in Facebook, that lead to others anger and search for her. That is why she is anonymous.
 5. Under Section 233, she is actually using the improper use of the network facilities to make suggestion that is offensive in intent of the annoy or harass another person that regards either to disclosure or non disclosure of the identity.
6. She might be fall under the section of.. I dont know which section, but in regards, she is using the information or knowledge to giving offence of others, in this case using the news to bash Kelantan which her statement actually inconsistent.
 7. If she is right, the issue not to state what is happening as the part of proof, but rather as providing the solution and using media social to promote the goodness instead of causing the argument of others.
